A lover of cars and watches, Francis considers himself a wannabe race car driver. He has been lucky enough to be involved in businesses that allow him to be around automobiles all the time.

From 2001 to 2012, he was the operations AVP of Glasteck, the manufacturing arm of Aguila Auto Glass. Since 2011, he has co-owned MeinAuto, an automotive repair shop that offers Bosch and Shell services. And since 2012, he has been president and general manager of AutoPerformance Ph, the exclusive distributor of Brembo, Sabelt, Alpinestars and Stilo, among others.

Fondly called Big Chief Eagle by friends, Francis also runs Team AutoPerformance Motorsport in the 4 Oras Ng Pilipinas endurance challenge.
