Mitsubishi is now taking orders for Xpander MPV

Check out the prices of the four Philippine-market variants

You know the automotive industry is doing extremely well when car companies start the year enthusiastically, guns ablaze. Mitsubishi Motors Philippines, the country’s second-largest automaker in terms of sales, is certainly wasting no bullets in beating the competition to the draw.

The company has announced that its much-awaited Xpander subcompact MPV can now be preordered for just a reservation fee of P10,000. All you need to do is go to the dedicated Xpander web page, register and fill out the preorder form. The preorder period is until April 30, 2018.

You may choose from four variants to be made available in our market:

  • GLX MT – P900,000;
  • GLX Plus AT – P990,000;
  • GLS AT – P1,050,000; and
  • GLS Sport AT – P1,100,000.

The Xpander will have the following exterior colors:

  • GLX MT – Titanium Gray Metallic, Sterling Silver Metallic and Diamond Black Mica;
  • GLX Plus AT – Titanium Gray Metallic, Sterling Silver Metallic, Quartz White Pearl and Diamond Black Mica;
  • GLS AT – Red Metallic, Titanium Gray Metallic, Sterling Silver Metallic, Quartz White Pearl and Diamond Black Mica; and
  • GLS Sport AT – Red Metallic, Titanium Gray Metallic, Sterling Silver Metallic, Quartz White Pearl and Diamond Black Mica.

According to Mitsubishi, the seven-seater Xpander will be equipped with a 1.5-liter MIVEC gasoline engine, and the top variant will be offered with active stability control, hill-start assist, antilock brakes and electronic brake-force distribution.
