Honda Cars Philippines is gearing up to officially release the all-new Civic this month. Just in case you’re wondering, the brand’s iconic model will be equipped with turbocharged i-VTEC engines and the improved Honda Sensing intelligent safety tech across the entire range.

What’s exciting is that the 1.5-liter turbo mill comes with a slight power bump. Though Honda hasn’t released power figures as of this time, the engine will most likely have the same output as the units in Thailand (176hp and 240Nm). Stay tuned for more on that.

The new generation of Honda Sensing comes with a plethora of smart safety features. These include Collision Mitigation Braking System, Road Departure Mitigation System with Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Assist System, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, Auto High Beam, and a new feature called Lead Car Departure Notification System.

With all these niceties comes a higher level of safety as part of Honda’s goal of creating a collision-free society, providing more peace of mind as you travel. The all-new Civic received superb scores and a five-star rating under the updated 2021-2025 protocol of the New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries.

The all-new Civic will be priced between P1,300,000 and P1,700,000 with three variants to choose from, along with tasty color options. Here they are:

• S Turbo CVT – Lunar Silver Metallic (exclusive), Morning Mist Blue Metallic (new), and Meteoroid Gray Metallic (new)
• V Turbo CVT – Morning Mist Blue Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, and Platinum White Pearl
• RS Turbo CVT – Ignite Red Metallic (exclusive), Platinum White Pearl, and Meteoroid Gray Metallic

In line with the launch, Honda is treating those who are opting to get variants in Platinum White Pearl with no additional charge until November 30. Keep in mind that only a limited number of S Turbo CVT units in Platinum White Pearl will be available, so better shop early if this is your preference.

In addition, reservations made for the V Turbo CVT variant until December 31 will include a free Modulo exhaust-pipe finisher and trunk tray, on top of all other existing promotions for it until January 31, 2022. This variant is slated to arrive in January 2022.
