In a bid to improve its clients’ after-sales service experience, Ford Philippines has made its Customer Relationship Center accessible even during weekends. This concierge hub can now assist Ford vehicle owners with their bookings and inquiries on Saturdays, from 8am to 5pm.

By making this service available on weekends, Ford has opened more lines of communication for its patrons to use should they have any questions or concerns about their vehicles. In addition, this essentially eliminates the limitations of keeping the brand’s CRC open only on weekdays as some customers may not have the time or the energy to reach out to the automaker’s service department during busy workdays.

Customers may get in touch with Ford’s CRC at (02) 8866-9408 or 1-800-10-736-3673. This service is open from Mondays to Fridays (8am to 6pm), and now also on Saturdays (8am to 5pm). Clients can also send an e-mail to emailus@ford.com for any questions regarding their vehicles.
