When we think of reasons why Toyota Motor Philippines sells a lot of cars in our market, it’s easy to identify the usual factors: strong brand, quality, reliability, high resale value and good after-sales service. But another major reason is the company’s ability to roll out irresistible sales deals (or promos, if you will) which the competition simply can’t match. Obviously, if an automaker has the kind of sales volume (161,385 units) and market share (40%) that Toyota has in our territory, said deals are easy to offer. And with a consumer demographic as budget-conscious as Toyota’s customers are, these deals will keep printing money for TMP and contributing to its bottom line.
Take, for example, the brand’s latest gimmick for this month. Called “Toyota’s Price Slash,” the promo now makes available Toyota vehicles with substantial cash savings and affordable payment schemes. Here’s the announcement:
With light payments as low as P6,593 a month or affordable down payments as low as P83,550, you can already own a vehicle with Toyota’s signature quality, durability and reliability. You can even enjoy cash savings of as much as P125,000 (Vios G Prime).
From February 1 to 15, enjoy a P30,000 discount on the Avanza, the Innova, the Rush, the Hilux, the Hiace GL Grandia and the Hiace Commuter Deluxe. Pay-light schemes (low monthly plans) are also available for the Avanza, the Rush and the Hilux.
From February 1 to 29, get a five-year extended warranty on top of the P125,000 savings on the locally assembled Vios. Discounts as well as pay-low (all-in, low down payment) and pay-light schemes are also available for the previous-model Hiace Commuter and the Wigo.
Up to P20,000 in trade-in rebate is also available for the following models: Vios, Innova, Fortuner, Avanza, Corolla Altis, Hilux (except Cab-and-Chassis and FX), Wigo, Rush and previous-model Hiace Commuter.
