By now, you must be fairly used to brand-exclusive events organized by car companies to better reach out to their customers. One such automaker is BMW Philippines (aka SMC Asia Car Distributors Corporation), which has been holding weekend affairs for years. This weekend—April 28 (Saturday) and 29 (Sunday)—the distributor’s Joyfest 2018 is taking place in Bonifacio Global City.

As usual, BMW clients and fans who’ll make the time to visit the event may take advantage of the following:

  • Irresistible offers on BMW cars and motorcycles;
  • Test drives;
  • Special rates on BMW Lifestyle merchandise;
  • Free technical diagnostics (for BMW cars, of course); and
  • Competitive trade-in deals.

But to tell you frankly, if there’s one good reason to go, it’s a certain new vehicle called the X2.

Yep, the all-new X2 subcompact crossover SUV will be the centerpiece display at the two-day expo. The unit to be exhibited wears the same Galvanic Gold paint job as the one you’ve probably already seen online.

“With enthusiasts and aspiring owners at the center of its innovation, BMW is keen on continuing to promote class-leading automobiles and motorcycles, positive driving experiences and a unique customer journey anchored to the brand promise of joy,” SMCACDC president Maricar Parco said in a press statement.

The exact venue will be on 9th Avenue corner 30th Street in BGC, Taguig. Needless to say, admission is free. So bring the kids. Or your buddies. It’s going to be a joyful celebration of all things BMW.
