There’s a special place in hell for those who exploit customers

Yes, you who take people’s hard-earned money by deception

The automotive business is not a cheap one. It costs a lot of money. Especially if you care about doing right by your customers. And so it takes integrity and also courage on the part of industry players to resist the urge to screw their patrons just to protect their bottom line.

Let’s not beat around the bush. I’m talking about executives, employees or even mechanics who will knowingly hoodwink customers into buying a problematic vehicle model or availing of a service the latter don’t really need—all in the name of profit. Fuck you all. You deserve an exclusive corner in the lowest pits of hell.

Listen, if you work for a car company that tricks or cheats its clients, and you simply play along to keep your job, you’re just as guilty as the worst offender in your firm. You could work for either the distributor or a dealership, but the principle is the same: If your organization deceives your customers and you silently stick to the script, then you’re just as responsible for the financial hurt and the emotional trauma that your victims are bound to experience.

If you work for a car company that tricks or cheats its clients, and you simply play along to keep your job, you’re just as guilty as the worst offender in your firm

You’re the chief executive and you approve the sale of products you know very well are defective?

You’re a marketing officer and you help promote a notorious lemon car?

You’re the dealer principal and you actually instruct your workers to whitewash complaints?

You’re the showroom manager and you knowingly allow your staff to take advantage of unsuspecting customers?

You’re a salesperson and you maliciously mislead car shoppers with your onerous deals and stupid accessories just to hit your quota?

You’re a service technician and you fleece customers by making up issues and problems that don’t even exist?

FUCK ALL OF YOU.

Who gave you the right to take people’s life savings and give them sorrow in return? The corrupt laws of this world may not get you, but you will have your day of reckoning. You can take that to the bank.
